OVERVIEW
What it is. PUR-STOCK® is an innovative formwork panel patented by ILPA in 2017: a wood-based panel with perimeter edges protected by high-pressure injected polyurethane. This exclusive technology completely seals the panel edges, eliminating the most vulnerable point of traditional formwork.
Who it's for. PUR-STOCK® is the ideal solution for formwork rental companies, large construction firms and formwork system manufacturers that demand maximum durability and minimal maintenance cost. Available in Light and Strong versions, it adapts to every site requirement, from lightweight structures to heavy loads.
Why choose it. The polyurethane perimeter protection makes PUR-STOCK® resistant to impacts, moisture and edge wear, drastically extending the panel's service life. It can be nailed without damage, is equipped for RFID identification for fleet management, and is FSC® and PEFC™ certified for environmental sustainability.
CHARACTERISTICS
PUR-STOCK® panel is the evolution, created by ILPA, of spruce or birch formwork panel, whose edges are reinforced by a single polyurethane high-pressure injection. This application protects the more stressed parts of the formwork even from particularly hard collisions, as per the attached videos.

The PUR-STOCK® Strong panel is particularly suitable for renting. For this reason, on request, it is possible to enter an RFID, a microchip to record on an external database the whole life cycle.
